Job Description
- Responsible for cashflow projection and reporting
- In charge of project billing process, including responding to client inquiries ensuring that project billings are up to date and submitted and that project AR is monitored and controlled
- Work on POC schedule and accruals with project controls and provide monthly accruals to finance
- Monitoring WIP, analyzing expenses
- Report on project profitability to management
- Month end project closing and close out project accounts upon project completion
- Collaborate with business finance team in closing the project in system
- Provide financial analytical support to Project Teams
- Point of contact for all issue related to project workflow, forms usage and systems
- Provide support to auditor requirements
- Other adhoc duties assigned by Project Lead.
- Possess a Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Accountancy
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experience in project accounting within construction industry
