Job Description
- Responsible for the management of the project, and comprehensively controlling the quality, safety, progress, and civilized construction of the project.
- Responsible for organizing the preparation of the project quality plan, construction organization design, organizing the handling of design changes, budget adjustments, claims, and other related basic work, and cooperating with the company to do the work of inspection and valuation.
- Ensure that on-site construction works are carried out according to local regulations and requirements.
- Manage project costing and complete the project within the budget.
- Understand the drawing, and design, and liaise with a consultant.
- Diploma/Degree in Project/Construction Management or related disciplines
- Strong communication and planning skill
- At least 6 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Able to work independently
- Able to work on the night shift/public holiday/weekends. (depends on projects)
