Responsibilities we will trust you with:
Reporting to the Site Manager/A&A Projects Manager
Responsible for the Projects department operational issues and profitability
Source for new projects, conduct project feasibility studies and budgetary estimates
Coordinate project works with appointed contractors to meet client\'s schedule and
requirements
Provide master schedule for project works for approvals prior to commencement
Ensure FBQ, COC/CSC sign off
Execute claims to client and payments to contractors
Project P&L reporting
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
Degree in or Diploma in Engineering/Quantity Surveying/Architecture/Civil/Building Services
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in executing and management of multiple minor projects/A&A/ Events in a built environment
Experience in running project co-ordination meetings with Clients, Consultants, Project
Contractors and End Users
Familiar with project/material take-off
Familiar with code of practices, for M&E, Fire, Civil & Structural
Familiar with FSOR and provision of quotes to client
