Job Description
Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Reporting to Director & Project Manager
- Attend co-ordination meeting with designer/ consultant relating to design /detail / drawing.
- Prepare detailed shop drawings for construction.
- Produce fully coordinated and accurate sets of drawings.
- Prepare sample board for submission to consultant for approval.
- Co-ordination with all parties involved to ensure work progress costing, work progress and work coordination with target time and budget
- Check on quality of works
- Responsible for multiple projects (local & oversea) site coordination and handle any issues that arises
- To assist in preparation of work/ delivery schedule
- To attend site meetings and monitor timeline of each project and design stages
- To coordinate with relevant departments and ensure timely completion of projects
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ degree in interior design or equivalent or relevant site experiences
- 1/2 years experience in interior renovation & fit-out, preferable candidate with experience in handling hotel projects
- Knowledge in understanding of drawings, carpentry/ construction details
- Responsible and able to work independently
- Basic software skills like AutoCAD/REVIT/ Adobe Illustrator, MS Excel & PowerPoint.
- Able to start work immediately or at short notice.
- Welcomed Singaporeans (No quota for foreigner)
- Salary commensurate with experience
