This position will be based in Sungei Kadut Loop area of Singapore. Job Duties: Define project goals and targets, collecting data on business scope and technical requirements, designing business solutions including detailed functional specifications Understand individual business scenarios and outline customized solutions towards business integration and project goals and develop plan for integrating acquired business into Element for all functional/operational integration while managing complex relocation and physical integration of business facilities, including management of architects, developers and specialist sub-contractors and regular communication with senior management on status, risks and change control Prepare short and long-term resource allocation plans based on input from all key players and team members and manage conflicts between different aspects of a project, making trade-offs between competing requests, and evaluating resources Manage and coordinate efforts to scope, schedule, and integrate new business structures and analyze the cost/benefit features for business and communicate results throughout the organization and work with business teams across the regions to define requirements and high-level process/system solutions, leading cross-functional teams and managing the timelines to support project launches Conduct periodic team meetings with specific emphasis on HSE, quality, and technical updates, etc and co-ordinate for periodic training for the team Management of external parties relating to facilities integration and relocations and represent the department in inter-department and client meetings and motivate the team for superior performance and be a conduit between employees needs and the company Plan and manage department employees leave with minimum effect and carries out Managerial responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws and involved in departmental responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees planning, assigning, and directing work appraising performance recommending rewards and disciplinary actions addressing complaints and resolving conflicts within team Job Requirements: Possess a bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering, with 5 plus years of experience at a Senior Managerial level executing Projects Management and business integration for small to medium sized companies in Singapore Able to drive strategic, revenue-generating projects and leverage Lean methodologies to lead operational process improvement initiatives Should be adept have a hands on' approach at cross-team coordination, project management and executive presentation Demonstrable record of owning and executing strategic, cross-functional projects as well as partnering with other teams to drive key operational process improvement programs Should be a highly detail oriented motivated self-starter organized with excellent communication skills and proficient in multiple systems management Obtain a passion of excellence and value education, integrity, innovation and success HOW TO APPLY: Interested applicants, please submit your updated resume to [HIDDEN TEXT] Please state your availability, current & expected salaries for processing purpose.
