Project Manager (2 Year Contract)

Job Description
You will be travelling between the 2 checkpoints in Tuas & Woodlands and sometimes into Johor Bahru. You will be required to be on standby (ad-hoc) should the need arises. You will also be entiitled to transport allowance and annual completion bonus.
:
- Ensure the completeness of revenue collected daily from the motorist.
- Ensure accurate monthly billing to client and payment to vendor.
- Improve the Standard Operating Procedures as necessary to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure staff is adequately trained before deployment.
- Ensure there are adequate levels of internal checks and audit within each checkpoint.
- Responsible for actively listening, establishing rapport with clientele, vendors, and possess overall relationship building with all personnel - internally and externally.
- A recognised degree with at least 5 years of working experience in the field of manpower operations with supervisory experience.
- Well-versed in Operations and Customer Service.
- Comfortable commuting between the Checkpoints and various sites.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic manpower environment.
