About the Roles

We are seeking a

Project Manager

specializing in

Facade & Building Envelope

for a permanent role located in

Redhill

. The position follows a

5-day workweek (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM)

schedule. This role offers a competitive

salary package

including

basic salary, AWS, and a variable bonus

.

What You'll Be Doing

Oversee the planning and execution of projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Coordinate with all stakeholders to track progress and keep the project on schedule. Lead the project team to manage operations, timelines, and project specifications effectively. Control and monitor operational costs to ensure the project stays within budget. Maintain proper site documentation, ensuring it meets ISO standards. Supervise subcontractor activities to ensure compliance with contractual obligations. Enforce workplace safety and health regulations throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure that all project quality standards and regulatory requirements are adhered to. Guide the project team and subcontractors toward successful and timely project completion. Provide leadership to both the project management and construction teams. Prepare and submit detailed project reports, including weekly, monthly, and cash flow updates. Support the tendering process and perform other duties as assigned by the Managing Director.

What We're Looking For

A

Bachelor's Degree

in

Civil Engineering

or a related field. At least

5 years of relevant experience

in project management, particularly with steel, glass, facades, and building envelope projects. Proven leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing project teams. Strong ability to plan, budget, and control project costs effectively. In-depth understanding of

workplace safety and health regulations

. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively. Familiarity with supporting the tendering process.
