- Working Days: 5 days
- Salary: $3500 - $4000
- Architecture / AV Industry / 3D software
- Coordinate architectural 3D or visualization related projects between clients and creative team to ensure timely delivery of top notch work
- Provide technical advices and pre-empt potential challenges to Team & Client.
- Manage Correspondence, documentation & Coordination with Client/Client\' Representative and other contractors/consultants.
- Manage manpower & resources to execute on hand works within timeline
- Liaising with different parties, client\'s representatives, sub-contractors, and consultants.
- Responsible for daily & timely site progress updates
- Establish good business relationship with clients; Able to multi-task and arrange works efficiently
- Possess basic knowledge of 3D software such as 3D Max, SketchUp, Vray, Photoshop, or similar
- Degree in architecture or interior design, as well as relevant industry experience are preferred.
- Excellent in handling and managing client expectations
