Lead and manage construction or engineering projects from planning to completion, ensuring timelines, budget, and quality standards are met.
Coordinate and communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Develop and manage project schedules, progress reports, and resource plans.
Prepare and update BIM models (Revit/ArchiCAD/Navisworks or similar) to reflect accurate project details and construction stages.
Review drawings and BIM models for design coordination, clash detection, and constructability.
Assist in preparing documentation, drawings, and 3D visualisations for design presentations and authority submissions.
Implement BIM standards and ensure compliance with project and company BIM protocols.
Monitor and control project risks, changes, and progress to ensure successful delivery.
Support tender preparation, costing, and technical submissions when required.
Manage project documentation, correspondence, and progress tracking.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management and/or BIM modelling.
Proficient in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, or similar.
Strong understanding of construction workflows, coordination, and project lifecycle.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
* Familiarity with local building codes and regulatory submission processes is an advantage.
