Project Manager (Digital) (Singapore)

As a Digital Project Manager, you will play a central role in new product launches and campaigns. You will drive asset development and localisation work streams by collaborating with global and local teams to ensure asset readiness for digital channels. You will be working with one of the largest information technology and services retail partners when guiding their marketing communications and ensuring they adhere to brand guidelines.

Role:

  • Campaign Management: Execute and manage digital campaigns with 3P partners in collaboration with external agencies and country marketing teams.
  • Digital Pilots: Use insight to explore, introduce and drive scalable pilots with 3P partners. Develop reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Content Strategy: Develop a strategy to deliver best-in-class content and online experience to help drive conversion.
  • Digital Insights: Gather data points and feed them into the measurement team to effectively calculate the impact and share the learnings.
  • Brand Compliance: Provide brand guidelines to partners and track launch compliance on 3P partner sites.
  • Program Management: Coordinate with country marketing teams and surface any requests or issues to global. Ensure timely readiness for launches.
  • Be the key point of contact for your program to all internal Retail Marketing teams, cross-functional stakeholders and external digital agencies.
You:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, project management and/or omnichannel marketing is highly preferable. Experience in the retail industry is desirable.
  • Strong program management capabilities and highly organised, coupled with excellent stakeholder management and partnership capacity.
  • Experience in retail production and a strong eye for design aesthetics are required.
  • Flexibility and ability to work under ambiguity and uncertainty.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and techy work environment.
  • High energy and go-getter attitude coupled with a flexible mindset, teamwork and dedication to the project\'s success.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communications and presentation skills.
