Job Description


The organization is actively promoting digital transformation across the company through the introduction of new technology and application solutions, as well as aiding businesses in process transformation.

Reporting directly to the Director of Digital Transformation, the role encompasses the following responsibilities:

  • Facilitate digital transformation by evaluating applications and infrastructure solutions. This involves gathering requirements, defining evaluation criteria, conducting assessments, and providing a summarized proposal of the evaluation results.
  • Oversee projects and ensure the implementation of solutions aligns with the defined scope, timeline, and budget.
Solution Sourcing
  • Create solution concepts and business cases for new investments.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and evaluate suitable solutions that are robust, sustainable, and aligned with the Digital roadmap and overall IT architecture.
  • Drive or participate in activities such as RFI (Request for Information), RFQ (Request for Quotation), RFP (Request for Proposal), and POV (Proof of Value) for new Digital solutions.
  • Prepare and document proposals to provide justification for the selection of Digital solutions.
  • Identify, review, and select vendors or consultants that meet the project requirements.
Project Implementation
  • Identify, evaluate, and select vendors or consultants to fulfill project requirements.
  • Develop and update project plans for information technology projects, incorporating project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedule, and staffing.
  • Collaborate with various teams and vendors to ensure all aspects of the projects are clearly defined and successfully delivered.
  • Provide regular updates to the project steering committee and key stakeholders through scheduled meetings.
  • Manage issue and risk management processes, addressing and mitigating potential project obstacles.
  • Handle change requests and deviations related to project scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Monitor and track project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Act as a Change Agent within the Digital roadmap, maximizing the positive impact on the organization.
Requirements
  • Hold a degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
  • Possession of PMP, PRINCE, and/or ITIL certifications is considered an advantage.
  • Have experience in solution sourcing, involving complete vendor sourcing cycles, which includes defining requirements, preparing RFQ/RFP, evaluating digital solutions, conducting
  • Proof of Value, and preparing proposals.
  • Hands-on experience as a system implementer for ERP and/or software development, with additional experience in other systems implementation being beneficial.
  • Proficient in requirement study and testing.
  • Possess over 5 years of relevant experience as an IT Project Manager, overseeing complete application project cycles from planning to post-life support, including requirement study, development, testing, deployment, and cutover.
  • Strong background in technology, with understanding or hands-on experience in ERP, software development, and data platforms. Experience in handling various types of applications is an added advantage.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and internal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel between 30-50% of the time.
  • Strong knowledge of project methodologies and tools.
  • Proficient in system implementation.
  • Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC) is an added advantage.
  • Ability to interpret business needs and translate them into clear requirements.
  • Experience in performing functional tests is considered an advantage.
