What you will do for Siemens Smart Infrastructure:
This position requires the coordination and delivery of multiple, simultaneous Building Automation projects of various complexities. The Project Manager has fiscal responsibility for all project facets, including project billing, job cost reporting, and overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Review project specifications, drawings, and project-specific documents to establish project intent.
Able to attend all meeting with main contractor or clients or consultants or end users.
Able to review the tender specification and perform selection of equipment or sensors or valves.
Develop and maintain a project schedule and coordinate needs with the project team. Identify time-sensitive installation needs.
Manage the requisition of supplies and materials to complete projects.
Ability to identify project risk and associated liability and understand how to mitigate the risk and liability
Review plans and specifications and participate in project cost reviews.
Able in the solicitation and contracting of subcontractors with the Contract team.
Conduct an orientation for project engineers and provide all necessary project documentation, including scope of work, drawings, applicable specifications, application-engineered drawings, project contacts, etc.
Able to track resources and project progress.
Conduct inspection with client’s representative or inspector, ensure site progress are as per Project schedule. Able to manage the Site progress
Document project events that impact the schedule, scope of work, and project efficiency.
Pursue project-specific change-order opportunities.
Coordinate and pursue project-specific billing, coordinate with Commercial team.
Schedule project-specific commissioning resources and provide commissioning documentation.
Expedite the return of project-specific mark-ups for as-built development.
Complete project-specific close-out documentation.
Support / Assist in developing new bid strategies, and market assessment tools as well as the execution process when require.

Qualifications:
Minimum Associate degree; Bachelor of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree preferred, or equivalent experience
Strong Project management experience in the HVAC controls industry; 5+ years preferred
At least 5 + years’ experience in Mechanical HVAC installation, commissioning, or replacement of HVAC equipment like Chiller, cooling tower, pump, fan and its related Electrical works
Knowledge and understanding of HVAC industry applications; ability to read and understand MEP drawings and specifications, and electrical, network, and control wiring diagrams
Excellent organizational skills with managing large engineering submittal package
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with customers internal/external
Ability to work effectively across various functions and departments
Knowledge of industry-standard communication protocols such as Ethernet, Modbus, and BACnet
Ability to work in a team environment providing dedicated support to our customers
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
