PMP Certified Project Manager with 12 years of overall technology experience and 7 years of progressive experience in leading multiple IT Projects in various industries. ?

End2End Project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling and closing the project by ensuring that overall project milestones tracked and met project compliance & Regulation requirements by using Project Management Institute (PMI) guidelines and tools & techniques. ? Good Exposure in Agile Project Management and Agile Ceremonies. ? Expert in leading IT strategic and operational planning to achieve business goals by fostering Planning, innovation, prioritizing IT initiatives, and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future IT systems across the Organisation ?

Expertise in leading IT projects in both Waterfall and Agile Methodologis, across cross-functional teams ?

• Expertise in Database Design and Development on Microsoft SQL Server 2014/2012, T-SQL, Performance Tuning, Troubleshooting, SSIS Package Configuration, SSRS Reporting and Data-warehousing. Constructing Triggers, Tables, implementing stored procedures, Functions, Views, User Profiles, Data Dictionaries and Data Integrity. ?
