Job Description

The HP-NTU Digital Manufacturing Corporate Lab, which has commenced on 1 November 2018, is a collaboration between NRF, HP Inc. and NTU. It is the 13th corporate lab supported by NRF and HP’s largest university research collaboration worldwide. The lab supports Singapore’s push toward industry transformation – in the areas of digital manufacturing and 3D printing technologies. The Corporate Lab’s main research themes focuses on advancing 3D Printing, specifically around artificial intelligence, machine learning, new materials and applications, cybersecurity and customisation. The HP-NTU Digital Manufacturing Corporate Lab (HP@NTU) invites applications for the position of Project Officer. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Finance Manager and PIs in research grant management, tracking and projection of project budgets, purchase and assets records
• Assist in procurement of equipment and consumables
• Support the PI in preparation of papers/reports
• Provide logistical support to the PI’s experimental operations and events

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accountancy, Finance or Business Management at a recognised institution
• Prior experience in grant management and procurement, use of SAP Hana and Ariba systems will be an added advantage
• Proficient in MS applications especially in MS Excel (using formulas, pivot tables etc)
• Ability to work well independently, as well as work well in a team. Strong work responsibility/commitment and resourcefulness. Possess an eye for details, initiative and maturity
• Good command of both spoken and written English
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
