Job Description

Responsibilities:
Drive the organization's procurement strategy and source for 3 rd party suppliers and subcontractors to facilitate business growth and project executions
Work with key sales business units across the SEA region to ensure efficiency in completion of projects
Collaborate effectively with team members and mentor junior ones to formulate the most effective 3 rd party strategy to contribute to the organization's project bids and proposals by ensuring the most competitive pricings
Utilize digital transformation to streamline work processes and operations to maximize efficiency
Prepare accurate factory loading forecast to provide punctual delivery of materials for projects
Perform due diligence and ensure that teams adhere to Trade Compliance requirements
Requirements:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in Regional Project Procurement with at least 5 years of experience in Process Automation, Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) or Large Oil & Gas industries
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing large-scale projects and employees with experience in building high performance teams
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
Being a Certified Supply Chain Professional will be a plus
Strong negotiation, communication and critical thinking skills, and ability to work under pressure
