Job Description

Primary Function:

• Ensure the subdivision project is in good condition and completed in accordance with the approved plans in preparation for the turn-over of the project to the Homeowners Association and/or the Local Government Unit.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

• To inspect the project as to its completion in accordance with the approved plans
• To accept the completed development from CPPD for its proper maintenance prior to turn-over.
• Monitor and inspect the amenities, open spaces, road lots, drainage, water line and other aspects of the development to ensure it is in good condition.
• Monitor and oversee site maintenance and coordination with maintenance contractors and utility personnel.
• Able to discuss matters with homeowners in the subdivision relative to the development and day-to-day operations.
• First point of contact of the buyers and homeowners for any concerns in the subdivision.
• Monitor house construction ensuring that the Deed of Restrictions are followed.
• Assists in move-in activities in coordination with Security.
• Coordinates with appropriate internal and external parties to resolve homeowner issues and concerns.
• Coordinating and representing the company with various local government agencies or with other concerned groups (utility company, telco, etc.) regarding the processes, clarifications and or other inquiries.
• Collaborating with CPPD in punch listing and negotiating to homeowners association for the turnover of amenities.
• To provide assistance to PMG staff and other departments.

Job Specifications: Minimum Educational Attainment: College Graduate
Preferred Course / Training Registration: Preferably with experience in Property Management or at least with Real Estate
Specific area(s) of experience needed: Property Management or at least in Real Estate
