Responsibilities:

• Supervise and co-ordinate with service providers/contractors for any building improvement/defect rectification works
• Ensure timely renewal / new application of licences/permits and certificates and comply with regulatory requirements
• Adopt maintenance strategies and implement systematic approaches to ensure efficient performance of the building system and achieve cost efficiency
• Conduct regular site inspections to check and ensure properties are well maintained and institute necessary enforcement action, whenever necessary
• Ensure building statutory requirements are complied with the relevant government agencies
• Manage tenants\xe2\x80\x99 expectations and needs by providing good customer service
• Monitoring of monthly utility consumption in conjunction with energy conservation / green initiatives driven by management
• Manage and keep track of Term Contractor\xe2\x80\x99s maintenance servicing
• Preparation of Monthly Site Report
• Follow-up on repair and replacement work to ensure that work is done in accordance with given specifications and maintain good data/record of equipment breakdown history with analysis
• Sourcing for quotations, including preparation of tender documents (specifications/scope of works) for tender
• Put up memo for approval of work \xe2\x80\x93 inclusive of Term Contract renewal & ad-hoc repair/replacement.
• Review and recommend replacement/improvement plans for managed sites
• Assist in handling/coordinating A&A works and asset enhancement projects
• Any other job-related and ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a NITEC, Diploma in Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
• Entry-level candidate with relevant Diploma is welcomed to apply
• Non-Diploma holders are required to have at least 5 years\' experience in Facilities Management (minimally Nitec)
• Able to work under pressure and willing to do overtime
