Job Description


We are currently seeking a skilled Property Management and Technical Support Manager to join a dynamic developer and operator in Singapore. You will be working with experienced professionals who are well known in making impact in the regional real estate sector. Key Responsibilities:
- As the Manager for Property Management & Technical Support, your primary duties will include overseeing the entire project lifecycle from pre-construction/pre-renovation to post-construction/post-renovation stages.
- This involves providing technical support for the maintenance and upgrading of the Group\'s properties.
- You will be responsible for managing contractors and vendors, ensuring their compliance with legislation requirements and company\'s standards.
- Additionally, conducting site inspections, supervising, and liaising with contractors/vendors on maintenance and renovation works will be part of your role.
- Meeting project deadlines and schedules will be crucial in this position.
- You will also be responsible for managing project administration and documentation, such as implementation documents, budgets, monthly progress reports, and certifications.
- Furthermore, you will provide support in obtaining Green Mark certifications, ISO, and quarantine facilities for the Group\'s properties.

Key Requirements:
- A diploma in Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Chief Engineer in the Hospitality sector.
- Experience collaborating with consultants (architects, structural engineers, M&E engineers, ID designers, QS) on project management and implementation.
- Holding a Certified Fire Safety Manager/Senior Fire Safety Manager certification is advantageous.
- Having a Grade 8 Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) certification is an advantage.
- Knowledge of URA, SCDF, and BCA regulations.
- Ability to work effectively within tight timelines and demonstrate resourcefulness and systematic problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
- Proactive, systematic, and able to work well under pressure.
