Plan and manage resources to run the daily FM operations..
Incharge of site inspections
Plan and execute all M&E maintenance, repair and replacement programmes
Implement a safety plan for the Property.
Check and endorse all reports/schedules/programs prepared by site teams/sub- con including client contractors.
Make sure to comply all statutory requirements.
Oversee calling, evaluating quotations and recommendation for acceptance.
Performance monitoring of the operation staff and the sub-contractors.
Resolution of issues between the Employer and the tenants.
Implement and liaise with tenants\xe2\x80\x99 survey to be conducted.
MinimumDegree in FM or Engineering related.
At least 5 years of relevant industrial experience.
