As Editorial Director you will: Continuous quality control and monitoring of all editors in the office and actively address improvements where required. Liaise with the section leaders from China offices. Organize training courses for all editors in the office. Lead the scholar visiting activities in the office, including editors, authors, society representatives, university leadership and industry, with a view to understanding their professional and organizational needs and ongoing market developments.
