Responsibilities & Duties
To be competent & manage procurement activities for fabricated parts & to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
Fabricated parts including welded hollow section structures, aluminum profile structures, sheet metal parts, plastic & metal precision & semi precision parts.
To establish proactive and positive long-term partnership with quality & key vendors to achieve ultimate quality & cost savings.
To be a team player & collaborate with cross-functional in-house teams to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.
To update & maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and other relevant documents via the In-house SCM inventory systems.
To stay relevant & resourceful in the selection & qualifying of new suppliers and vendor-supplier management.
DELIVERY/RECEIVING
Responsibilities & Duties
Local Delivery: to perform logistics duties ranging from packing, documentation, stuffing & unstuffing, loading & unloading for local delivery.
Receiving: to receive both fabricated & standard parts from local & overseas delivery as & when assigned by the project teams.
Receiving: to co-ordinate all corresponding mandatory requirements, documentation & clearance for parts received locally & overseas.
N.B. Relevent working experience with fabricated parts procurement is an added advantage. .
