Able to plan, schedule and forecast procurement activities
Purchase general and specialized equipment and materials for projects
Review plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure the correct equipment, material and subcontractor services are ordered and/or purchased
Consult with suppliers and review quotations
Determine or negotiate contract terms and conditions, award supplier contracts or recommend contract awards
Work closely with site personnel
Ensure lorry drivers' have meet the timelines given.
Address and resolve issues related to transportation and logistics system.
Generate Purchase Orders promptly.
Maintain good relationship and follow-up with suppliers closely.
* Provide administrative support to the office.
