Update, review and handle of Food Safety Management System (SFA Regulations / FSSC 22000 / HALAL / Customers\xe2\x80\x99 requirement) and audits.
Application of Export Health Certificate, Factory License, HALAL, Healthier Choice Symbol and ad-hoc certification if required.
Liaison for regulatory agency and certification body.
Conduct in-house Food Safety training.
Trouble shooting for non-conformances and handle of customer complaint.
Leading QC team to improve Food Safety Management System.
Any ad-hoc task as assigned by HOD.
