Main Accountabilities:
? Responsible for ISM / SMS system including;
a) Formulation & Review of SMS system;
b) Implementation of current or/and revised Policy/Procedure
? Responsible for DOC Audits;
? Responsible for all deficiency / NCs related to SMS system during internal / external inspections;
? Responsible for vessel & office evaluation pertaining to SMS implementation;
? Responsible for implementation of current/new regulations / guidelines;
? Responsible for managing KPIs assigned to Marine division of Ship management.
Core competencies
Appropriate level of education, knowledge and working experience:
Education & Knowledge
? In depth understanding of the industry and knowledge of key stakeholders.
? Satisfy the appropriate requirements as set out in MSC-MEPC.7/Circ.6 re the guidance and
qualifications, training and experience necessary for those undertaking the role of DPA.
? Satisfactorily completed an approved DPA and CSO
