We are seeking a meticulous and motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor to support our Plumbing and Sanitary works team. Assistance in managing project costs, preparing accurate measurements, handling tender submissions, and supporting post-contract administration.
Responsibilities:
Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates for plumbing and sanitary works.
Assist in tender preparation and pricing of plumbing systems, piping layouts, sanitary fittings, and related works.
Evaluate subcontractor quotations and assist in procurement.
Support the contract team in preparing progress claims, variation orders (VOs), and final accounts.
Conduct site measurements and monitor work progress against bill of quantities.
Assist in maintaining proper documentation and records for all project-related QS matters.
Liaise with site teams, consultants, and suppliers as required.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Basic understanding of plumbing and sanitary systems in construction.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and measurement software (e.g. AutoCAD , BIM)
Detail-oriented with good organizational and communication skills.
