Quality Assurance Associate (Day Shift)

Location: Tuas | Department: Alkaline Value Stream

What You'll Do

Own quality on the floor

: Spot, investigate, and resolve daily quality issues and deviations.

Problem-solve smarter

: Analyze processes and materials to prevent recurring challenges.

Keep data on point

: Track, review, and report daily scrap rates with accuracy.

Stay organized

: Update and maintain specifications, procedures, and quality documentation.

Support progress

: Collect samples and data for trials, improvement projects, and audits.

Pass on your knowledge

: Provide on-the-job training to new operators on quality procedures.

Experience

: Manufacturing background preferred.

Skills

: Strong problem-solving mindset, clear communicator, and a steady hand with troubleshooting.

Your Workday

Shift

: Day shift, 7:30 AM - 7:30 PM (occasional night shifts when required)

Flexibility

: Choose a 5-day or 6-day work week

Support

: Free shuttle bus from Choa Chu Kang & Joo Koon MRT
