Responsibilities

• Perform Quantity take-off from 3D & 2D drawings Cost impact analysis from monthly quantity measurement
• Preparation of Weekly/Monthly Quantity/Cost analysis reports
• Conduct Request for Quotation (RFQ) and perform cost comparison
• Evaluation and certification of sub-contractors\' progress payment and VOs, valuing completed work, cost benefit analysis
• Prepare and follow up monthly progress claims in timely manner
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Possesses Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Must have experience with LTA MRT underground projects
• Experience in Civil or LTA projects will be an added advantage
• Familiar with BIM/CAD software (Cost-X, Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD 2D/3D)
