Responsibilities:
Administer contracts, which include performing quantity take-offs, pricing, and preparing tender and contract documentation.
Source supplies and subcontractors to obtain quotations for tendering purposes.
Track all project costs, variation orders, and other expenses.
Evaluate progress payment and variation orders, while conducting cost-benefit analysis, and processing variation orders.
Act as site or project engineer by supervising the project, adhering to construction procedures, coordinating all work schedules, and liaising with the project manager and architect or project consultants.
Prepare progress and final accounts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Undertake other quantity surveying-related tasks and duties as assigned by the manager or director.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying.
Ability to work independently and willingness to work under pressure.
A positive working attitude and good communication skills.
