Your key responsibilities:
  • Define a product development process in close partnership with industry leaders and other teams to assess opportunities, evaluate growth options, identify bottlenecks, and to create cross-functional aligned Product Strategy.
  • Data insight, Analysis, Strategy and Business Model Planning: Tactical, Strategic.
  • Drive product capabilities & delivery roadmaps; align with product/sales commercialization strategy.
  • Developing and implementing processes for managing operations or projects to ensure that they meet customer needs, legal & regulatory requirements, and Organization goals.
  • Work with group and country teams to improve product delivery and fulfilment to improve client and internal stakeholders experience.
  • Own and execute the product portfolio and deployment-to-market by working collaboratively with cross-functional team members.
  • Gather and Manage product feedbacks though survey, concept testing, analytics tools and A/B testing, Design, monitor, and report on product OKRs and KPIs
  • Identify, Validate, and manage collaboration with 3rd party services and resources where required.
  • Manage multiple stakeholder requirements and determine how this feeds back to the product roadmap and backlog.
  • Monitor leads, pursuits and execution statuses and be first point of escalation when timelines are not being met.
  • Advise internal and external teams as a product expert for merchant solutions.
  • Work on cross-product solutioning with other teams to meet client needs.
  • Manage external vendor relationship.
Risk Management
  • Take the initiative regarding regulatory, reputational, and ethical matters, taking the initiative for providing proactive advice to internal and externa audiences as identified.
  • Embed the Group\xe2\x80\x99s value and code of conduct and develop a robust culture to ensure that adherence with the highest standards of ethics, and compliance with the relevant policies, processes, and regulation among team members.
  • Ensure the Risk Management matters that are brought to Regional Business Head / Group/ Governance committee, as appropriate to ensure adequate escalation and attention are subject to direct remedial action.
Governance
  • Responsible for assessing the effectiveness of the Group\xe2\x80\x99s arrangements to deliver effective governance, oversight, and controls in the business and, if necessary, oversee the changes in the respective business areas
  • Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role.
  • Responsible for delivering \xe2\x80\x98effective governance\xe2\x80\x99; capability to challenge fellow executives effectively; and willingness to work with any local regulators in an open and cooperative manner.
Regulatory & Business Conduct:
  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group\xe2\x80\x99s Values and Code of Conduct
  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across the Bank.
  • This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, and the Group Code of Conduct.
  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
Your skills and experience:
  • 4+ years of experience in the Financial Service Industry
  • Knowledge of the Product Line relevant in Payment Landscape, eCommerce, or other alternative payment methods
  • Understanding of operational processes, customer needs, legal & regulatory requirements.
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business administration, Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar courses
  • Strong Microsoft office skills (PowerPoint, word, excel) with ability to prepare impactful presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work optimally in a team environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with high attention to detail
Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirements may apply.
