The Raffles Arcade Executive is responsible for maintaining administrative duties for Arcade Leasing ensuring smooth relationship operationally with tenants and colleagues from other internal departments, contractors and members of the public. Primary Responsibilities Leasing Administrative Support and Client Management
  • Offers assistance in queries and information of leasing space at Raffles Arcade in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Ensures adequate product knowledge.
  • Uses basic sales techniques and promotes Raffles Arcade leasing space to customers
  • Ensures that the tenants keep their units clean and at all times maintaining cleanliness to the exterior of their shop.
  • Assists in raising Purchase Orders for the Arcade, where required
  • Assists the Arcade Manager and Arcade administratively.
  • Handles the preparation of documents for new lease and renewals, generate reports analysis, screening of incoming calls, sorting of mails and other administrative duties.
  • Meets potential prospects interested in leasing.
  • Manages the lease for Cad\xe2\x80\x99s Alley display cabinets, Billboard Displays, Window display.
  • Assists with the day-to-day operations with the tenants & contractors in a timely manner and respond to all requests efficiently.
  • Handles the tenants with their F&B Pleasurable Pallet cards.
  • Files documents on a regular basis and supports in other administrative duties.
  • Responses to guest needs and inquiry by phone/email relating to website matters.
  • Uses a Heartist\xc2\xae approach \xe2\x80\x93 make the guests and colleagues Feel Welcome, Feel Heart-warmed, Feel Incredible, and Belong.
Other Responsibilities
  • Works closely with the Marketing Manager reporting to Arcade Manager.
  • Works closely with the internal departments having a good relationship.
  • Maximises revenue for the company.
  • Ensures service standards and individual performance is aligned with Accor Values - Guest Passion, Trust, Sustainable Performance, Spirit of Conquest, Innovation and Respect.
  • Contributes to the hotel\xe2\x80\x99s Corporate Social Responsibility efforts by supporting the Planet 21 program.
Candidate Profile Knowledge and Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in administrative under Retail Leasing.
  • Minimum \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 Level and above.
  • Experience in ordering, invoice control and filing.
