Responsibilities
- Conduct market analysis and research to identify potential clients. Liaise with clients and make visits as necessary
- Following up on new leads, and able to provide professional after-sales services
- Providing high-quality consultation services for EITHER the LOCAL or OVERSEAS property markets
- Attending marketing events/exhibitions and driving sales to potential buyers, discussing terms with prospective buyers on sales packages, providing professional after-sales service
- Conducting Presentations, guiding clients throughout the purchasing process
- Experience in overseas or local property is an advantage
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English is required. Chinese or another language will be a definite advantage
- The candidate should also be a team player, outgoing, proactive, and eager to achieve
