Job Description
- Carry out marketing activities for appointed projects and open listings
- Conduct canvassing calls to prospective clients
- Conduct site visits and manage queries
- Conduct negotiations on commercial lease terms with landlords and tenants
- Prepare presentations, proposals, leasing reports and updates for clients
- Build rapport with existing and prospective clients through regular updates and networking
- Proactive in developing new business opportunities
- Collate and update prospects database
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Real Estate, Marketing, Leasing, Property Management, Business or equivalent
- Possesses a CEA Salesperson License
- Possesses positive work attitude, drive and resilience to meet job challenges
- Good interpersonal, problem-solving and presentation skills
- Good command of written and oral English
- A team player who is also able to work independently
- Innovative and resourceful
- Technology savvy and competent in MS office
