The Opportunity

  • Location: Multiple locations
  • Working hours: Mon to Fri, Office hours
  • No Experience is ok! - Training provided
Job Scope
  • Greet and attend to incoming visitors pleasantly and professionally.
  • Skillfully handle customers\' enquiries, feedback and complaints through the customer service counter and telephone.
  • Maintain tidiness of the reception area, meeting rooms, and more.
  • Receive, record, and distribute mails and deliveries daily.
  • Ordering of office supplies and keeping inventory of stock.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, meeting scheduling, and liaising with external vendors.
  • Others ad-hoc job duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Previous working experience is an advantage.
  • Professional attitude and friendly appearance
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for a professional customer experience.
  • Able to work under stress, good time management skills and able to multi-task.
