As part of the facilities management team, you\xe2\x80\x99ll help ensure that our client, vendors, visitors and guests enjoy a safe and positive experience.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Meet and greet visitors on Reception, while keeping the area clean and presentable

Answer incoming calls. email and queries

Managing GUTS tickets

Manage conference room bookings, moving meetings, and changing schedules

Assist in organizing and coordinating events

Provide assistance in administrative activities relevant to the Facilities Operations

Reporting of faults and problems to the Facilities Operations team

Manage supplies and stock levels for Facilities Operations

Update and maintain records and data as necessary for Facilities Operations

Maintaining accurate documentation and processing ad hoc requests

Other duties as directed by Management

You\xe2\x80\x99ll will be part of the Facilities Management team working in an exciting and fast paced environment. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be well trained to follow escalation and incident reporting procedures to comply with all applicable guidelines and practices.

To be successful, you must be outgoing and personable with a desire to provide quality customer service, providing a warm and engaging environment within the Google office. You\'ll be a collaborative team player who solves problems hands-on and can priorities and juggle various responsibilities. You\'ll show adaptability and flexibility in changing situations.

For this role you will need experience in Administration or exposure to Facilities Management. A sound knowledge of IT packages is essential.
