- 5 Days || Off Weekday || $2,200-$2,800

Responsibilities:
Counter Duties
- Attending to walk in parents and children\'s enquiries and requests.
- Attending to guests/visitors and informing Staff of their guests/visitors arrival.
- Attending couriers, delivery & dispatch personnels.
- Handling mailing of letters.
- Answering of phone calls and divert to relevant staff/teachers when needed.
- Maintaining the office environment
- Data entry
- Assist in purchasing activity including office supplies, outsourcing activity, etc.
- Inventory management of Stationery & teaching materials
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
