Ensure smooth daily operations of reception counter
Maintain neat and professional look of the reception area
Handle incoming calls, deliveries and greet visitors
Handle incoming and outgoing courier services and local mails
Back up to book air ticket, hotel room reservation, visa application, transportation arrangements. Arrange for travel services and meeting venues of team members.
Follow up on presentation materials prepared and ready for meetings
Support director with all administrative duties, including scheduling & preparing of materials for use in management meetings, board presentations, and quarterly all-heads meet
Administrative supports when necessary, other general administrative duties as assigned
Other Ad hoc duties when required
Requirements
O'level and above
With minimum 1 year experience as a Receptionist
Short notice, Immediately
