Job Description


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth daily operations of reception counter
  • Maintain neat and professional look of the reception area
  • Handle incoming calls, deliveries and greet visitors
  • Handle incoming and outgoing courier services and local mails
  • Back up to book air ticket, hotel room reservation, visa application, transportation arrangements. Arrange for travel services and meeting venues of team members.
  • Follow up on presentation materials prepared and ready for meetings
  • Support director with all administrative duties, including scheduling & preparing of materials for use in management meetings, board presentations, and quarterly all-heads meet
  • Administrative supports when necessary, other general administrative duties as assigned
  • Other Ad hoc duties when required
Requirements
  • O'level and above
  • With minimum 1 year experience as a Receptionist
  • Short notice, Immediately
