Responsibilities
  • Answer and screening of incoming calls
  • Attend to walk-in visitors, candidates etc
  • Arrange and attend to courier services
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mails
  • 60% job scope on receptionist duties
  • 40% job scope on admin work – e.g. Office maintenance and facilities management, ordering of groceries, stationeries, packing for courier, etc
Requirement
  • At least 3 years of relevant Receptionist experience in MNC/ Banks
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
  • Committed, cheerful and pleasant personality
  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
