Job Description


Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist walk in visitors
  • Manage meeting room usage
  • Attend to incoming calls
  • Run errands
  • Maintain neatness of reception area and meeting room
  • Other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Min GCE \xe2\x80\x98N\xe2\x80\x99 level
  • Good command of English.
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Fresh graduate or School leavers are welcome
Salary Range $1600-$2000

Location: Tanjong Pagar

Working Hours 8.30am- 6pm Monday to Friday
