Responsibilities:
  • Perform Receptionist role at Front Desk
  • Support Office Admin duties assign
  • Maintaining, updating and processing HR/Admin work;
  • Providing support in general HR/Admin duties;
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
  • Secondary education with certification in Customer Service/Office Skills;
  • Minimum 2 year experience in Receptionist and/or HR/Admin experience;
  • Proficient in MS office and figures checking and calculations;
  • Self-initiated, organized, meticulous, positive work attitude;
  • Independent and a good team player;
  • Able to start work on short notice would be an advantage.
