Answer telephone calls and direct to appropriate staff members
Assist in keeping the reception area and meeting rooms clean and tidy at all times
Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail
Manage and distribute local and overseas packages as well as local and overseas postage mail
Assist in employees housing arrangements and coordination of office supplies
Be responsible for evacuation, in cases of emergency, acting as first point of contact for guests and the emergency services
Perform administrative duties including but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing, filing, franking
Carry out instructions given by the management team and Human Resource Department.
Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
At least O levels and above qualification or equivalent from recognized institutions.
IT Savvy (Microsoft Excel, Words and Power point).
Great interpersonal skill and customer oriented; yet be discreet.
A good team player, meticulous and detailed.
Be able to communicate well with people of all levels.
