Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm
Work arrangement: Full Work In Office
Multiple vacancies in various locations
The Talent
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Professional attitude and appearance
Min 2-3 years of working experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good time management skills and able to multi-task
Description
Handling of walk-ins and phone call enquires.
Greet and attend to incoming visitors pleasantly and professionally
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, meeting scheduling, also maintain office cleanliness (arrange cleaner etc)
Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
Others ad-hoc job duties as assigned
