The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for recruitment, selection and hiring.

Sources applicants from walk in applicants, employee referrals and internet portals;
Screens applications and shortlists candidates for interview;
Schedules shortlisted candidates for interviews and exams;
Administers, checks, scores and interprets exam results;
Informs candidates regarding pre-employment requirements and timelines for completion;
Ensures completion of pre-employment requirements and follows up if necessary;
Conducts background check
Prepares regular reports and updates (weekly) on recruitment status for various job vacancies;

Qualifications:

Graduate of a 4-year course in Management, Psychology or Human Resource Management
At least 1 year related work experience
