- Carry out the recruitment process from paper screening, testing, and interviewing to pre-selecting of employees for final interviews.
- Creatively reach out to both active and passive candidates through various recruitment channels to meet staffing needs.
- Maintains candidate records and documents all interactions in the applicant tracking system.
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- At least 1 year recruitment experience; preferably in a BPO setting.
- Must have experience reaching out to both passive and active candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Will you be able to reliably commute to Pasig City for this job?
