Job Description

The Human Resources (HR) Head is the go-to person for all employee-related and office administration issues. The HR Head's duties involve overseeing and ensuring that activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management are effectively handled in the organization. The HR Head has supervisory responsibility over the staff assigned to the HR Department. The HR Head ensures that the CitiGlobal workplace will reflect the culture, values of the company.Experience

• College degree, related fields such as Psychology
• At least 3 years of dynamic work experience as a Senior HR Officer or similar role, primarily in small and medium enterprises, particularly family businesses
• Exposure to data-driven decision making (keen on improving HR metrics) is an advantage
• Experience in Real Estate companies is preferred, but not required

Educational/Knowledge Background/Certification

• In-depth knowledge of labor law and global HR best practices
• Adept at organizing information through frameworks, flowcharts, manuals, database thru Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of HR systems and database is an advantage
