Provide talent acquisition support by understanding hiring manager's requirement Engage candidates through job advertisement & leverage on sourcing tech for passive outreach to potential candidates. Streamlining recruitment process by advising both hiring managers and candidates on real-time recruitment market trend and manage their expectations Ensure high level of both client & candidate experience Manage individual sales & pipeline
Requirement
Diploma / Degree in Human Resource or Business related field More than 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or related. Applicant with CEI Certificate will be an added advantage Ability to think out of the box to provide alternative solutions to both clients and candidates. Flexible work arrangement, work from home options are available
