Our client is a global medical device company. They are pioneers in their speciality and develop innovative and specialised products. Their mission is simple; to better the lives of the millions of patients using their products worldwide.

They are looking for a dedicated and committed Regional Clinical Specialist who will handle the SEA region. In this exciting role, you will be given the opportunity to conceptualise training programmes and execute it in the assigned regions to enhance the relevant stakeholder\xe2\x80\x99s product competency.

Responsibilities
  • Supports the growth of the assigned product portfolio by providing specialized clinical support, education and product/application training to direct sales team, channel partner\xe2\x80\x99s team and to customers/HCPs.
  • Proactively lead clinical activities/initiatives from Area/Regional to country team with focus on competency development of local clinical team through value added learning/clinical engagement activities.
  • Collaborates with direct or indirect sales teams to advance product knowledge in the SEA region by supporting cases compilation, sharing best practices & active clinicians engagement.
  • Has in-depth knowledge/understanding of hospital product evaluation and trial process and can provide clinical and product application education to support this process.
  • Teaches continuing educational programs to customers, including audiences at large regional and national professional association meetings.
  • Has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the division, as well as a high-level knowledge of the other medical markets\xe2\x80\x99 divisions.
Requirements The ideal candidate holds a professional nursing license with experience designing and executing clinical training curriculums. You are a proactive, structured and highly reliable individual with a strong sense of responsibility and independence. An excellent team player, you have good English communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 both verbal and written. Highly customer-oriented, you are an organized problem solver with the ability to work under pressure. You must be able to travel (SEA) and possessing regional experience will be highly advantageous.
