A new opportunity in our Regional Compliance team is now open for those who are keen to expand their expertise in compliance at a regional level. If you are someone who is keen on continuous improvement of an effective compliance program this might be a great opportunity for you.

YOUR ROLE

Your primary objective is to support the implementation, monitoring + continuous improvement of an effective compliance program at the regional level in accordance with our compliance program addressing applicable laws, regulations, internal policies + procedures including but not limited to our Code of Conduct. You will be working with internal + external stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• To implement + maintain clear standards of business + ethical conduct consistent with our Code of Conduct.
• To ensure effective regional business unit governance by applying adequate procedures to manage + oversee compliance requirements within our region.
• To continuously + effectively communicate + train our employees, business partners + other third parties.
• To be the subject matter expert providing ongoing support to our business units.
• To regularly update compliance risk assessments, performance monitoring + reporting.
• To apply timely, effective + consistent issue resolution procedures.
• To run independent progress reporting about compliance related topics to the Regional Compliance Officer.
• To raise awareness of compliance on all levels by collaborating with regional + local business entities.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

Your strong leadership + knowledge of compliance (especially of the US FCPA, UK Bribery Act and the OECD convention on combating bribery and other applicable anti-bribery laws, regulations and standards, including the Federal Sentencing Guidelines), along with your influencing + communication skills will be the key to your success.
