Job Description

. Develop and drive regional engagement interventions with a focus on aligning, engaging and connecting our employees with the company's mission and vision and core values . Arrange and manage internal culture events, including the organization activities and support of town halls, employee conferences and webcasts, firm-wide employee engagement events, as well as provide support on cascading such efforts across the SEA region . Deliver valuable employee opportunities that promote Value for Users and Tech for Good through giving, volunteering (traditional and skills-based) and product development opportunities, enriching the employee experience and amplifying our social impact . Write, review, edit and publish communications, including feature stories, intranet articles and newsletters, publicity messages, multimedia materials, for an internal audience in support of Tencent's strategy, people and culture, in collaboration with subject matter-experts across the firm . Design and drive benefits program delivery or cultural programs that employees care about such as wellness, benefits, volunteering, and review the effectiveness of events and programs and develop insights by utilizing metrics from internal data such as from employee surveys/feedback, employee data sources, and external data such as partner outcomes, to measure, propose and optimize interventions, on a regular basis . Closely collaborate with internal business partners as well as Global Communications, Marketing and Branding teams in SEA and HQ to identify and generate content promoting our expertise, capabilities, stories and culture . Monitor and grow adoption, readership/viewership and engagement of internal Knowledge Management channels to reach employees . Coordinate with HQ, regional HR representatives and business leaders to help develop and implement effective engagement activities and campaigns with the goal of helping to deliver on business objectives, conveying key messages and promoting the firm's content to our internal audience . Manage content production, budgets, and timelines . Other adhoc HR projectsJob Requirements . Bachelor's degree or above with at least 4-6 years of related HR experiences with knowledge of regional markets, target audience behaviours and cultural appreciations/awareness . Must demonstrate strong writing and editing skills, as well as a sharp eye for design, video and other visual storytelling forms with skills in data visualization and data-storytelling . Content creation experience (social media, PR, interviews, testimonials, video production, internal comms experience a plus) and exposure to video, blogging, infographics, mobile, canvas or other similar tools . Experienced communicator, working in either a corporate or agency environment with exposure to recruitment marketing or employer branding to be highly sought after . Must be detail-oriented about understanding, measuring, and improving employee engagement on internal company-owned channels. . Strong Team Player, Self-driven, conscientious, strong adaptability and fast learner; able to work in a fast-paced environment, deadline-driven, and extremely well organized. . Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams and operating in ambiguous environments. . Experienced in project management: planning budgets, executing online and offline campaigns
