The Regional Franchise Business Development Manager manages and oversees end-to-end support to:
develop and execute capabilities in growing regional franchise sales and profitability
ensure processes are in place for consistent and effective communication and implementation relative to brand
verify and support compliance and adherence to brand service, quality and appearance standards, and
develop sub-franchise capabilities.
As the Regional Franchise Business Development Manager, you will:
develop regional franchise expansion, brand support, and agent support framework
implement processes for country and branch level reporting
review and provide geographical insights to enhance franchise operations and decisions
work closely with cross-functional teams to implement best franchise practices and initiatives
provide continuous franchise leadership to Franchise Teams and Partners related to leadership and successful operations management
ensure franchise compliance by implementing/improving SOP and assessment standards and develop appropriate corrective action plans, milestones, and timelines
Candidate Profile
appropriately Degree-trained in Marketing or International Business with in-depth knowledge in strategic marketing, range/brand management, and sales management will be an advantage
a franchise domain expert with 4 to 6 years of regional sales and franchise operations experience in the early childhood education or child care services sector will be an advantage
quick in delivering service
sharp with strong business, analytical and problem-solving skills
able to lead, motivate and hold an accountable role in providing sound franchise advice excellent verbal and written communication, and influencing skills
