1. Report to Lazada Group CPO, lead the integrity function of Lazada Group, design and set up the framework and update policies where needed
2. Conduct all phases of investigations related to alleged violations of the company\'s Code of Conduct, and other policies and procedures. Ensure thorough, timely investigations through various investigation methods. Ensure significant investigative issues and/or trends are identified, escalated and acted upon through investigation reports and other escalation paths. Conduct a root cause analysis to ensure appropriate corrective actions are identified
3. Work in a team-oriented, project driven environment and partner with HR, Legal and Internal Audit team on best practice; Coordinate work with judicial authorities if any criminal offences found during the course of investigation
4. Proactively develop and maintain internal/external investigation resources, ensure proper parties are engaged in investigations in accordance with the local regulators.
5. Responsible for Code of Conduct and policy trainings to employees and build up integrity culture.
Job Requirements
1. Have a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or above and with minimum 10 years of working experience in audit, compliance or investigative related; at least 5 years in a managerial position
2. Have deep integrity, strong sense of principle and confidentiality, good at communication and teamwork, esp work within a complex matrix organization and collaborate effectively with multiple partners with different background, high sensitivity. Strong ability in data analysis, logical decision-making, fast learner. Able to work in a high-pressure environment
3. Prior experience in legal enforcement, Big 4 forensic investigation or audit unit, law firms, corporate investigation or similar capacity is preferable
4. Willing to travel as and when needed
